      Thanks so much Olga. I don’t expect there to be any more though. I rarely have the time to dedicate to reading at the computer and I don’t have. don’t much like the idea of Kindles.

    David, I take off my hat to you. I could not have reviewed a book of this ilk. The authour can indeed be grateful – all of that dysfunction can be a tough swallow in one story.
